What You'll Do
* Attend qualified, pre-set appointments with homeowners
* Educate clients on roofing solutions and guide them through the decision-making process
* Present customized proposals and close contracts with confidence and integrity
* Collaborate with sales leadership to improve strategies and performance
* Follow up on active deals and coordinate with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain an organized sales process while consistently exceeding monthly goals
* Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings
* Participate in team challenges, bonuses, and incentive programs
What We're Looking For
* Proven ability to connect with customers and move conversations toward a "yes"
* Sales experience preferred (home improvement or field sales a plus; roofing experience helpful but not required)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
* Coachable and accountable — you take feedback and turn it into results
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
Compensation & Benefits
* $25,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (W2 position)
* Average earnings: $90,000-$175,000+
