Job description
Giants Ridge is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager to oversee the gift shop operations and staff, driving guest satisfaction and sales performance. You will lead merchandise selection, displays, and inventory control while delivering excellent service on the shop floor and resort environment.
You’ll manage a team, coordinate scheduling, and implement loss-prevention measures, with a salary range around $50,000–$55,000 depending on experience.
