nJoin us as a Move-in Coordinator to oversee all transitions within Continuing Care. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for residents, family members, and nursing staff during moves in and within the building.

n nHow you will make an impact
nnnManaging all activities related to moves in and within Continuing Care.
n
nnSupporting residents through the process, resolving issues, and meeting special needs as they arise.
n
nnVerifying financial information and providing an application for resident approval.
n
nnAssessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety.
n
nnDeveloping referral network within the community for available services
n
nnDemonstrate a sales-oriented and goal-focused mindset by contributing to occupancy objectives, identifying opportunities to enhance the resident experience, and supporting successful move-in conversions.

n nCompensation: Commensurate upon experience starting at $21.00 per hour
nWhat you will need
nnnExperience in Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Assisted Living Facility (ALF), or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
n
nnKnowledge of health care/insurance industries and health care delivery systems
n
nnSome weekend, holiday, or on-call work may be required
n
