Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check, MVR, DOT Physical, and drug screen
Capability to lift and maneuver 75+ lbs, including stairs and obstacles
No theft charges or felony offenses within the past 7 years
Must be at least 21 years old
Availability to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends
Smartphone ownership and proficiency in its use
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork, even if it requires longer hours
Responsibilities
Operate moving trucks safely, ensuring secure transportation of items
Lead and motivate the team, setting standards for effort and professionalism
Perform inventory checks before and after moves
Implement efficient packing strategies for safety and space optimization
Navigate routes efficiently, complying with traffic laws
Address challenges and customer concerns professionally and compassionately
Conduct pre-trip inspections for safety and reliability
Communicate effectively with team and customers, providing updates
Train and mentor new team members, instilling the "hardest worker" ethos
