MR Vault Clerk - 33019We are currently looking for a Full Time MR Vault Clerk to join our Newcastle MR Vault Unit 2 team located at the Newcastle Casino working.Summary: Issues, collects, transfers and counts all monies.Responsibilities:Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiencyCompletes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunitiesWorks in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standardsMaintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned areaIssues banks to all POS stations and kiosks so monies will be available to customersStacks currency manually and sort, count, and wrap coins so counting and recording of all monies received through the facility will be accurately countedProperly counts down all clerks for total monies, subtracting change banks and recording all actual amounts counted on proper forms to document the accuracy and accountability of operationsMay pull and replace canisters from the gaming machinesPerforms all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Able to follow instructions, both written and oralAble to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirementsHonesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountabilityAble to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelinesAble to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and managementSkills:Count large amounts of cash by hand / with cash counting machines10-key adding machineExperience:1 year directly related experienceEducation:High School, GED or EquivalentCredentials:Pass gaming background checkWorking Conditions:May work where cigarette smoking occursBright and Flashing lightsFast-paced environmentPass pre-employment drug testSometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbsSitting up to 50% of shiftStanding up to 100% of shiftWalking up to 100% of shiftTraining:It is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation.
