What You Will Do

Assist in communicating the vision, strategic direction, battle rhythm, rules of engagement, and expectations across both program and functional organizations supporting MRAD

Standardize and implement best practices, tools, and cadence across MRAD, to include business briefings up to the LADS level

Serve as a subject matter expert in transition-to-production efforts, risk management, gate reviews, product affordability, proposal development, and contract negotiations

Step in as a delegate for Sr. Director, MRAD as necessary, in key internal and external discussions, creating collaboration across both program and function teams to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have *

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

Experience balancing prioritization, cost, and schedule constraints within a proposal effort.

EVMS Certification and/or relevant experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) on an EV program.

Leadership experience in international subcontracts management, IPT organizational structure and/or an IPL (Integrated Program Leadership) construct.

Expert knowledge/experience in both FMS and DCS Proposal Leadership (e.g., TINA compliance, Offset/Industrial Participation, Government Requests for Information (RFIs), etc.)

Experience working on risk/opportunity management, earned value planning/tracking/reporting and metrics management.

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer*

Program Management Level 4 Certification5+ years of International Program Management/IPT Leadership experience

Experience in production environment for entire Product Life Cycle from material release through contract saleDirect experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking (EVMS) to cost and schedule

Experience with and understanding of export and import controls, compliance, and licensing

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment with time critical requirements.Strong communication skills

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
