Job description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a DRT(MRI) technologist to operate an MRI scanner, acquire diagnostic images, and ensure MRI safety in patient care. The incumbent screens exam requests with a radiologist and manages scheduling to optimize scanner time, including emergency cases.
Responsibilites include configuring technical factors, positioning, coordinating with radiologists, and maintaining infection control while supporting performance improvement efforts in the MRI suite.
