Role Overview
This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily MRI, with the possibility of cross-training in other modalities. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently, and handles on-call, portable, and site-specific exams to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities
Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
Perform studies independently and in various settings, including on-call situations.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate degree or equivalent trade school education.
Certification in relevant licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; IEMA certification (excluding MRI).
No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
Willingness to cross-train in MRI; must be registered or willing to become registered (R.T. (R) for radiography, MRI registration preferred).
Additional certifications like CPR and intravenous therapy are advantageous.
Key Duties
Operate advanced imaging equipment and ensure quality control.
Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Participate in call rotation, including weekend shifts.
