Job description
An established healthcare organization is seeking a Direct Hire MRI Technologist to join an outpatient imaging team. This is a part‑time, day‑shift opportunity offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long‑term stability.
Role: MRI Technologist
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Hours: Approximately 37.5 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and selected special MRI procedures.
Prepare and position patients for imaging exams.
Operate and maintain MRI equipment.
Assist radiologists as needed.
Ensure compliance with MRI safety standards.
Provide high‑quality patient care and customer service.
Participate in quality assurance and continuing education.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited radiography school or hospital‑based program.
ARRT certification required (ARMRIT accepted with ARRT MR certification within 1 year of hire).
BLS certification (AHA) required or within 90 days of hire.
MRI Safety Certification Level 2 (required annually).
IV certification preferred (or within 6 months of orientation).
Must meet continuing education requirements (24 ECE credits every 2 years).
