MRI TECHNOLOGIST WANTED - FOR WEEKEND COVERAGE - Experienced MRI Technologist 8 hours every Saturday . Additional hours may be available to cover for vacations. The technologist will be expected to take Holiday call on a rotation.
Attention MRI Technologists looking to join a dynamic and growing hospital system. The Danbury Hospital is seeking a MRI Technologist for its Day/Evening shift. This role is requires weekend availability -- SATURDAY DAYS -- and willingness to cover Holidays and Call rotation. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of MRI experience with an ultrasound or CT Scan background. Our rates have increased and are competitive. Summary
Performs high quality diagnostic and accurate MRI procedures to help physicians in the care of their patients.
Responsibilities
Provides optimum patient care.
Demonstrates knowledge and technical expertise to safely & correctly operate MRI equipment.
Performs and records # for daily QA.
Develops skills to practice in a safe, clinical environment.
Develops skills in Contrast Administration.
Demonstrates self direction and utilizes problem solving techniques.
Cross trained in another modality.
Maintains technical competency in the following less frequent order procedure (2 or more years experience).
Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
Performs other duties as assigned.
