Job Description
As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care by performing diagnostic imaging procedures using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment. Your expertise will help physicians accurately diagnose medical conditions, enabling them to develop effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities
Perform MRI scans according to physician orders.
Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
Maintain and operate MRI equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Monitor and record patient information, including medical history and any contrast materials used.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate image interpretation.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.
Qualifications
Valid certification as an MRI Technologist (e.g., ARRT MR certification).
State licensure, if applicable.
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong knowledge of MRI equipment operation and safety protocols.
