Job Overview
Join the mission of Improving Lives as an MRI Technologist at Jefferson Health, the largest health system in the Philadelphia region with over 42,000 employees.
Responsibilities
Perform patient imaging and remain current with MRI imaging procedures & protocols.
Review check‑in documents for accurate patient medical histories.
Provide basic patient care services as required.
Operate MRI imaging equipment under the supervision of a Radiologist to produce diagnostic images.
Qualifications
1–3 months of experience and/or training required.
Satisfactory formal training in an approved program.
ARRT (MR) certification required.

Training & Employment Terms
This position may be eligible for conversion to a Trainee role, subject to the team’s capacity and availability of resources to support cross-training. Trainee opportunities are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. Individuals accepted into a Trainee role must sign an on‑the‑job training agreement. All required certifications must be obtained in accordance with the department’s training program requirements; failure to meet these requirements may result in termination.
