Join an outpatient imaging team performing MRI procedures in a patient-focused environment. The technologist prepares and positions patients, screens for MRI safety concerns, performs exams as ordered, administers contrast when needed, and documents exam information accurately.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 11:30 a.m. 8:00 p.m. You ll work independently as the only MRI technologist from 5:00 8:00 p.m. each shift, so prior MRI experience and confidence working on your own are important.
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited imaging technology training program
ARRT registration
Maryland state license
CPR certification, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
MRI experience and ability to work independently
Strong patient communication and safety skills
Ability to recognize contrast reactions and respond appropriately
Ability to lift and move patients as required
Compensation:
$40 $50 per hour, commensurate with experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 may be available to qualified MRI technologists. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.
