Job description
Role: MRI Technologist
Responsibilities
Operate MRI scanners to perform high-quality imaging in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Follow safety protocols and properly position patients for scans.
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and referring providers to ensure accurate diagnostics.
Screen patients for contraindications and administer contrast media as permitted.
Ensure adherence to imaging protocols and maintain detailed documentation.
Support a patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and compassionate care.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to workflow improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical proficiency in MRI operation and imaging techniques.
Knowledge of safety standards and patient screening procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement.
