Job description
Seeking an MRI Technologist for a PRN position in the MRI Department. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures independently, including portable and on-call exams, to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. The position requires an MRI Registry upon hire and involves shift coverage with varied schedules (12s, 10s, 8s). No call or holiday shifts are included.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing patients and equipment for imaging procedures
Conducting studies in diverse settings as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate degree or trade school equivalent
Certification in MRI Registry and applicable licenses (e.g., IEMA, RTR, CT, MR, etc.)
Preferred: 2+ years of experience, CPR, and IV therapy certification
