Hourly Pay Range: $49.70 - $64.13 - $71.82
What You Will Do
To perform a wide variety of technical procedures with quality patient care, assisting Physicians as needed.
Required Qualifications
Satisfactory completion of formal training program in an AMA approved school and meets the requirements of an appropriate State and/or Federal mandated certification or equivalent.
AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (BLS) - American Heart Association – REQUIRED.
ARMRIT Certification (ARRT) – REQUIRED.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year MRI experience.
Essential Functions
Documentation management: Verify physician orders and ensure appropriate clinical indication. Accurately complete exams in RIS, complete coding and billing, ensure proper labeling, and file paperwork.
Patient and family education: Provide pre‑ and post‑procedure education and reassurance, communicating clearly and preserving confidentiality.
Produce high‑quality exams: Apply appropriate imaging techniques, position patients, label studies, and use contrast agents per protocol.
Quality assurance: Verify patient ID and pregnancy status, implement safe and efficient care, assist radiologist during procedures, maintain strict confidentiality, and follow advanced directives.
