Job description
Pratt & Whitney seeks a Senior Principal Engineer Manufacturing Readiness Lead to drive MRL deployment and execution, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement. Lead a diverse team to push MRL to 8 and beyond in a high-visibility ESTO setting.
The role requires leading manufacturing readiness activities, qualification, FAI, and production transitions, with travel up to 20% and onsite work at the East Hartford site.
