Job DescriptionThe MSP Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing end-to-end staffing delivery, and ensuring successful execution of MSP programs. This role requires a strong understanding of US staffing processes, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivering results and maintaining high client satisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities
\ N Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
\ N Manage and grow relationships with key client stakeholders across business units
\ N Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions and placements
\ N Ensure adherence to SLAs, contractual agreements, and compliance requirements
\ N Monitor and analyze MSPprogram performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
\ N Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and business updates
\ N Handle escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
\ N Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction
\ N Maintain accurate reporting, metrics tracking, and documentation
\ N Support proposal development, contract management, and account expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications
\ N Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
\ N 3+ years of experience in MSP Account Management or US Staffing
\ N Hands-on experience working with MSP programs.
\ N Strong understanding ofvendor management systems (VMS) and staffing workflows
\ N Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
\ N Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\ N Experience with ATS tools and MS Office Suite
