Member Service RepresentativeWe are hiring a friendly and professional Member Service Representative to assist credit union members with their everyday banking needs. This is a part-time position requiring flexibility to travel or float between branch locations as needed.Duties & Responsibilities:Greet and assist members in person and over the phoneProcess deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and paymentsOpen new accounts and service existing accountsProvide information regarding credit union products, services, and policiesRespond to member questions, concerns, and requestsResearch account discrepanciesAssist members with balancing accounts and other account needsProcess member mail transactionsPromote credit union products and services based on member needsProvide professional and accurate customer serviceRequirements:Previous customer service, banking, or financial services experienceProfessional and dependableStrong communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented and accurateComfortable handling financial transactionsMust be flexible to work between branch locationsAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentialitySchedule:Part-Time; Monday–Friday, Must be flexible to work between 9:00 AM–4:00 PMPay$14/Hr.
