POSITION SUMMARY - MSW Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES - Assesses patients' psychosocial needs, provides counseling and crisis intervention, coordinates discharge planning, and connects patients and families with community resources to support safe and effective care transitions.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -
MSW
2 years recent social work experience in an inpatient acute hospital setting
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - Monday through Friday 8:00A to 4:30P, no call. Weekend rotation of one weekend day per month.
START DATE - 10/26/2026
