Job description
Taylor Community is seeking a creative, compassionate, and energetic Recreation Director to lead recreation and therapeutic programming across three Nashua-area campuses. You will supervise coordinators and ensure residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing have meaningful, person-centered opportunities.
Coupled with leadership, you will develop diverse programs, oversee dementia-focused activities, and collaborate with Nursing, Rehab, Dining, and Marketing to enhance resident quality
