Job description
Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Performance & Enablement to operationalize the strategic sales roadmap across multiple channels.
You will partner with Sales VPs and senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and drive performance reporting in a complex, multi-channel environment. The role leads a team of Sales Project Managers, owns the intake for improvement projects, and collaborates with Salesforce and platforms teams to define business requirements.
