H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, deliver a consistently excellent client experience, and drive business results through clear expectations and hands‑on leadership.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations, travel between locations, and ensure offices are prepared to serve clients with care and confidence.
