Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent consultative client experience and highly effective operation across staffing, facilities, and compliance.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, analyze performance data, and travel frequently between offices to align priorities, drive growth, and deliver high‑quality client service. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years leading multi‑unit teams are required.
