H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while remaining hands-on in offices.
In this role you will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, translate data into action, manage staffing and facilities, and drive revenue growth across the cluster.
