Job description
H&R Block, Inc. seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with in‑office leadership to align priorities and drive results.
You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day‑to‑day operations across locations, using coaching and disciplined execution to build high‑performing teams and improve client outcomes.
