Job description
ARK Hospitality seeks an experienced Hospitality Area Director of Sales to lead commercial strategy across multiple assets in the Clarksville, TN and Bowling Green, KY markets. This role drives revenue growth, market share, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR while partnering with ownership and operations teams.
You will coach sales leaders, manage key accounts, and collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing, forecasting, and budgeting. Extensive travel and stakeholder management are required.
