Job description
Drury Hotels in Nashville is seeking an Assistant General Manager – Unassigned to lead hotel operations and support staff across properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding service standards.
You will drive hands-on leadership, coach teams, and manage cost and labor controls while traveling up to 75%. A positive attitude, a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business, and at least one year of supervisory experience are required.
