Job description
PM Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to oversee all sales functions across the property. You will continuously develop strategies to solicit new business and retain existing clients, driving revenue through effective marketing and partnerships.
You will interview, hire and train sales staff, direct solicitation efforts, and prepare performance reports while exploring market trends to craft compelling client presentations.
