AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support 2 of our premier luxury apartment communities.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves connecting people with their next home. As a multi-site team member, you'll gain exposure to different neighborhoods, resident demographics, and community offerings while building valuable experience with one of the nation's most respected multifamily housing companies.What You'll DoEvery day brings something different as you help future residents discover the perfect AMLI community.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct personalized apartment tours across multiple communitiesBuild relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing processRespond to phone, email, and online inquiries with exceptional serviceGenerate leases, manage renewals, and support resident retention effortsAssist with move-ins and ensure a seamless resident experienceCollaborate with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goalsHelp coordinate resident events and community engagement activitiesMaintain accurate records and leasing documentationWhy This Role Stands OutUnlike a traditional single-property position, this role offers the opportunity to work across three distinct luxury communities.
