Job description
Marquee Staffing is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to manage and optimize employee benefits programs within a healthcare organization in Buena Park, CA. This hands-on role leads benefits operations, improves system functionality, and ensures regulatory compliance across a multi-site workforce.
The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of benefits administration, strong HRIS experience with UKG and PlanSource, and solid knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and CFRA.
