Job description
Thoroughbred Express in Indianapolis is seeking a District Manager to oversee 3-5 car wash sites, drive profitability, and ensure safety and operational excellence.
You will coach Site Managers, travel between locations, implement promotions, and maintain high customer service and quality standards. A weekly vehicle allowance is provided, and travel to training and seminars is required, with expenses covered by the company.
