Job description
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a friendly patient service representative to greet patients, register arrivals, and route calls. You will schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and inform patients of necessary preparations. Travel to satellite offices may be required to cover call-outs and vacations.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic medical terminology knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Epic experience is preferred.
