Job description
Big Tex Trailers is seeking a Sr. Director of Operations to lead multiple trailer manufacturing sites, delivering strategic growth and operational excellence across production, engineering, maintenance, materials, quality, and logistics.
The candidate will architect a multi-site growth plan, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost discipline, and develop future operational leaders while ensuring compliance with DOT, FMVSS, and industry standards.
