Job description
Music & Arts, part of the Guitar Center enterprise, seeks an Area Manager to lead 2–5 retail stores within a defined district. This leadership role focuses on building teams of sales associates and teachers to drive sales, rentals, and lessons while upholding operational standards across the cluster.
