Job description
Ashley | The Wellsville Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead and support multiple showrooms across the market. You’ll spend time on the sales floor coaching leaders, driving sales, and developing talent to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will partner with General Managers to set plans, review performance data, and implement improvements. This is a hands-on, multi-store leadership role with growth opportunities in the New York market.
