Job description
RaceTrac is seeking a RaceWay District Manager to oversee the operations of up to 25 RaceWay stores in a designated area. This role requires establishing relationships with Franchisees, driving profitability, and coordinating with support teams.
Up to 90% travel and overnights are required in the Richmond, Virginia area. You'll visit stores, monitor performance metrics with dashboards and Power BI, recruit and staff Franchisee positions, and ensure brand standards.
