Salted is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple kitchens across the region. The role emphasizes coaching leaders, building strong teams, and driving performance in daily operations.
You will partner with Regional Directors to hire and develop Kitchen Managers, ensuring best-in-class service and adherence to standards. The position requires 5+ years of restaurant management, 2+ years multi-unit leadership (4+ locations), and willingness to travel up to 75% of the work week.
