Job description
GPM Investments LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead the operations of 8–12 convenience stores. You will guide store teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a superior customer experience across the district.
This role requires proactive problem-solving and strong leadership to drive consistent results. The District Manager will recruit, train, and mentor store management, monitor performance, and collaborate with HR on staffing and policy adherence.
