Multi-Unit Manager OpportunityRun great restaurants. Build great GMs. Step up from the four walls.We are seeking a driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead restaurants for a fast-growing, mission-driven, fast casual brand. This is a high-touch multi-unit model: two to three restaurants, an AGM in every location, and a leader who is in the restaurants most of the week coaching teams rather than managing from a spreadsheet. It's the right next step for a top-performing General Manager from a strong brand who is ready to own results across more than one location.ResponsibilitiesOwn operational and financial performance for your restaurants: sales, labor, food cost, controllables, and guest experienceRecruit, hire, coach, and develop General Managers; build AGMs and shift leads into the next GMsConduct regular store visits, audits, and walkthroughs on food safety, quality, speed, cleanliness, and hospitalitySet clear expectations for each GM and hold them accountable to resultsRoll out new initiatives, menu changes, and systems consistently across your restaurantsReview budgets, forecasts, and labor plans with each GM; analyze KPIs to spot trends earlyEnsure full compliance with health codes, food safety, allergen protocol, and state and local labor lawMonitor guest feedback and coach teams on above-and-beyond service and guest recoveryStay involved in the community around each restaurantQualifications3+ years as a General Manager at a strong fast casual, QSR, or casual dining brand, with top-performing results or prior multi-unit oversightDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop other managers, not just crewStrong financial acumen: comfortable owning P&L, labor, and food cost across locationsDeep knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and labor complianceQuick to diagnose a problem and build a plan to fix itExcellent communication and influence; holds people accountable while building trustLives in the market with a valid driver's license and reliable transportationOwnership mentality; results over hours; you don't have to be plant-based, but you have to care about the missionWhy Join Us?Competitive base plus performance bonuses; full details on a quick callA growing brand that promotes from within and builds leaders on purposeA meritocracy that pays fewer people more to do a better jobMission-driven culture: Awesome Food, Awesome Service, Tight Operations, and a triple bottom line of doing good, having fun, and making moneyIf you are a General Manager or multi-unit leader who wants to own a market and grow with a brand, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
