Multi-Unit Operator – Swan Group Restaurants (Culver's)Locations: Marion, Muncie, Westfield, Indianapolis (21st St), and McCordsville, INWe are looking for a high-caliber, long-term Operator who is ready to grow with our organization and potentially become a business partner in their own Culver's restaurant down the road. (Not required, but available to those who are willing to work for it!)This is not a standard multi-unit manager role. We want someone who is truly exceptional at developing people, gives constant constructive feedback (this is a requirement, please do not apply if you are unable to do this), builds strong leaders, and is deeply committed to the success of the entire team and the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop multiple restaurant leadership teams that collectively manage 65–75 team membersOversee daily operations across locations with a relentless focus on cleanliness, food quality, and genuine hospitalityOwn the full P&L: labor, food costs, inventory, scheduling, maintenance, and financial performanceBuild a culture of continuous improvement where feedback flows freely at every levelRecruit, hire, train, develop, and retain high-potential leaders who can grow into General Managers and beyondAct as a true partner to ownership, thinking and operating like an owner every single dayWhat We're Looking For (The Specific Person)2+ years of successful multi-unit experience5+ years of strong General Manager experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)An exceptional developer of people, someone who naturally gives tons of feedback, coaches daily, and takes pride in seeing others growA self-motivated, results-driven leader with strong financial acumen and the ability to improve performance consistentlyDeep dedication to long-term growth with the company and genuine interest in future ownership/partnership opportunitiesExcellent communicator who builds positive, high-performing culturesWilling and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when neededIf you're the type of leader who loves developing talent, holds people to high standards, and wants to be part of something bigger than just managing restaurants, we want to talk to you.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience and proven results)Performance bonus potential (details discussed in interview), guaranteed first year.Health insurance2 weeks paid vacation in the first yearClear, accelerated growth path including future ownership/partnership opportunities for the right personWork scheduleWeekend availabilityOn callHolidays12 hour shiftSupplemental payBonus payBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountPaid trainingFlexible schedule
