Job description
Askar Brands is seeking a Market Leader in Miami Gardens, FL, to oversee approximately 5-8 restaurants. This role entails coaching Restaurant Managers, driving sales, and ensuring excellent guest services. The ideal candidate should have multi-unit experience in hospitality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train and develop a team.
Responsibilities include maintaining operational standards, resolving guest issues, and leading team meetings. A college degree is preferred, and fluency in English is required.
