Job description
Askar Brands is looking for a Market Leader to provide leadership and support to approximately 5-8 restaurants in Windsor, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence and great guest service by driving sales, coaching managers, and meeting Brand standards.
With a preferred college degree and 3 years of multi-unit experience, the candidate must possess strong analytical skills and a guest-focused approach, ensuring all restaurants achieve their operational goals.
