Job description
Hogsalt's Small Cheval is seeking a Full Time Multi-Unit Director of Operations to oversee several quick-service locations in the Chicagoland area. The role focuses on optimizing day-to-day operations, driving sales and profits, and maintaining high standards across service, culinary, and beverage programs.
Candidate should have 2–4 years GM experience in quick-service and multi-unit hospitality, with strong back-of-house skills and a bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality.
