Job description
Domino's is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Operations Supervisor to lead 4–8 stores, develop managers, and drive profitability with strong product quality and customer service standards.
You’ll lead by example on the line, coach teams, and optimize labor, inventory, and costs while maintaining safety and operational excellence across all locations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage diverse teams and deliver consistent results.
