Job description
Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Area Operations Coach to oversee all operations within an assigned wing of restaurants. This full-time exempt role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on driving productivity and excellence across multiple site operations.
You will lead managers, manage budgets, forecast performance, and coach teams to achieve consistent results while visiting restaurants ≥4 days/week and maintaining strong communication with General Managers.
