Job description
The Area Coach role oversees roughly 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, providing leadership to ensure each Restaurant General Manager hits the annual operating plan. You will hire and develop RGMs and Shift Managers, coach on the How We Work Together Principles, and drive accountability with regular 1:1 feedback.
You will analyze VOC and CORE insights, lead product rollouts, resolve customer issues quickly, and monitor overall financial performance across your area, traveling daily between stores.
