Job description
Nbutexas is seeking a Multi-Unit Restaurant Director to oversee six fast casual/QSR locations across the Northeast and Midwest. You will lead store teams, drive guest experiences, and push operational excellence with a focus on profitability.
The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit leadership, on-site availability including nights/weekends, travel as needed, and proven cost control. ServSafe certification is preferred; strong communication and staff development are essential.
