Job description
Café Zupas in Minnesota is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit restaurants with a focus on people development, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
You will work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area, spending 2-3 days at a time in locations to provide direction and feedback, while helping leaders hit sales, labor, and food-cost targets and building a bench of future leaders.
