Job description
Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations across our Utah/Syracuse area. You will work alongside restaurant leaders, visiting sites 2–3 days at a time to provide direction, coaching, and accountable results.
You will drive sales, manage labor and food costs, mentor leaders, and help grow teams while upholding a positive culture and guest focus in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on coaching others and delivering results, this role is for you.
